Benko Solutions Ltd. Return Policy

At Benko Solutions Ltd, we are committed to providing our customers with the highest quality household electronics. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14-day return policy under the following terms and conditions:
1. Eligibility for Return
You can return products purchased from Benko Solutions Ltd within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- The product must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
- The product must not show signs of damage or wear, and must include all accessories, manuals, and parts originally included in the package.
- Products that are damaged due to misuse or external causes cannot be returned.
- Certain items such as consumables (batteries, cables) or personal care products may not be eligible for return. Please check product-specific terms for more details.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact our Customer Service team within 14 days of receiving your product. You can reach us by phone, email, or by submitting the contact form on our website.
- Provide your order number, product details, and the reason for your return.
- Our team will guide you through the return process and issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA), which must accompany the return package.
3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Please Note:
- Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- A restocking fee may apply for items that are not returned in original, sellable condition.
4. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange a product for a different model or item, please contact our Customer Service team. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
5. Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item is defective or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately, and we will arrange a free return and send you a replacement or offer a full refund. You must contact us within 7 days of receiving a damaged or faulty item to be eligible for a return.
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Opened or used electronics and gadgets (unless defective).
- Products that have been personalized or made to order.
- Items with a clear sign of misuse or abuse.
- Gift cards or downloadable software.
